Ms. Blakeney was visited today via telehealth. Client was alert and oriented x3, bruise was found on bilateral forearm, denied pain and discomfort. Client is been accommodated by friend where she called home. She shower and dresses in clean clothe. She verbalized her son will be free from incarseration.
