Description
Telehealth visit was completed with Mr. Flower today while in the community. He was alert and oriented x3, verbalized skin was intact without bruise or cut. He report to continue with his landscaping job and that keeps him going and meeting his financial needs. Client has history of seizure and he is presently taking Lamotrigine 25mg tablet daily.
